Aidan Walsh Consultancy is a business that specialises in consultation and advice for the cultural sector.

The Consultancy was established in 2001 and offers an extensive range of services including strategic and management planning, strategic analysis, business planning, evaluation and review, collections assessment, advocacy for the cultural sector, feasibility analysis, facilitation, project development, project management and staff training and development.

Clients of the Consultancy have included the National Museum of Ireland, the Heritage Council, the Hunt Museum, the Church of Ireland College of Education, local authorities for Galway City, Sligo, Kerry, Kinsale, Leitrim, South Tipperary, Mayo and Monaghan, the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), National Museums Northern Ireland, the Scottish Museums Council (SMC), the Northern Ireland Regional Curators Group, Ballymena Borough Council and the Western Isles Council.
